The main building dates from the 17th century, the construction is pretty new. The living room is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and doors opening onto a large veranda, ideal for long al fresco dinners. All 6 bedrooms have private en-suite bathroom. Outside you will find a well maintained garden with lawn, hazelnut trees, orange and cherry, several terraces to sunbathe and enjoy a local wine. The villa features a private pool. There is a barbecue and a games room with table tennis, table football and pool table. A delight for both adults and children. There are several fun activities in the vicinity to do like horseback riding in the mountains, water sports such as rafting on the River Minho. Paredes de Coura is only 6 km away and has good pubs, restaurants, supermarkets. A small local shop is at 1 km distance. An excellent golf course can be found at Ponte de Lima.

Ground floor: Beautiful full kitchen with doors to the veranda. Dining table which seats 12 people. Spacious living room with comfortable furniture and satellite television. Opening doors to the veranda. Bathroom with shower.
First floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors opening onto a covered balcony. Living room with sofas, fireplace, satellite television, DVD player and music system. Opening doors to a covered balcony. Small reading corner. Via some steps to get to three bedrooms with twin beds and all with en-suite bathroom and doors to the balcony. From the balcony you have magnificent views over the valley. A staircase takes you to the pool. There is a covered terrace with tables and chairs in the garden.
Guest house: a double bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Each room has a private entrance.
Outside: terrace, lawn, flowers, private pool (12 x 6.5 m and a depth of 1.45 - 2.20 m). Outside shower, perfect barbecue area (indoor), games room.
During the intermediate and low season it is possible to rent just the main building (max. 8 people).
