The villa has two floors. The first floor with 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and the ground floor w/ 1 twin beds bedroom + a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and private access to the swimming pool deck area & the exterior facilities. The kitchen is beside the dining room and is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and coffee machine.
1 cot and 1 high chair are available on request, with no extra cost.

The villa is walled all around, has an automatic gate, and offers a large exterior secure parking place.
The beach is only 150 m away from the property, with a choice of bars and restaurants. Along the coast, the choice of other beaches is endless, famous for water sports' acivities, particularly well known for surfing, white sandy family beaches, all within a 20 min drive. The Bus stop is only 50m away.

It is 15 km far from Sintra, Unesco World Heritage Site, with a large cultural landscape dotted with palaces, castles, and museums, 22 km from Cascais, cosmopolitan seaside town, with a beautiful marina, nice entertainment, shopping, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, and delightful esplanades by the sea, not to mention the buzz of a very active night life, and 25 km from Estoril, which has Europe's biggest Casino.
About 9 km far from the property, Cabo da Roca is the westmost point of continental Europe.
Lisbon, the capital, offers a very cosmopolitan atmosphere, monuments, good restaurants and esplanades all over downtown, particularly on the river Tagus front. Fado & Lisbon are the sould of this beatiful coast.

For golfers there are 6 nice golf courses, only 20 min away:
1) Quinta da Marinha
Set amongst beautiful pine trees and stretching down to Guincho beach, has some of the most grandiose scenery in Portugal. Its hole 13, a par 4 descending to the sea, is a picture postcard of Portuguese golf.
2) Oitavos
It is the 1st Golf Course in Europe and the 2nd in the World to as a Certified Signature Sanctuary - Gold.
3) Penha Longa
Enjoys championship characteristics, an excellent level of maintenance and beautiful panoramic views over Sintra mountain range, "Serra de Sintra".
4) Estoril
One of the oldest and best-known golf courses in Portugal. Many champions, including Max Faulkner adn Seve Ballesteros, have walked the fairways of this course.
5) Quinta da Beloura
Fine views over the Sintra mountain range and a course surrounded by trees, provides a very plesurable game of golf.
6) Belas
Designed by Rocky Roquemore, its 18 holes extend over 6,120 sqm for a par 72.

Arrival/Departure for a week stay from Saturday till Friday preferred, between July and August.
