Villa Emilia is located on Boavista Golfcourse approx. 3km west of Lagos. This luxurious villa is on two levels. The lower level comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, and a separate kitchen. The spacious, comfortable and stylishly furnished lounge with fireplace is separated by some steps from the dining area. The 3rd bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the upper level. Each bedroom opens on to its own terrace. The main terrace at the pool area is partly covered and offers absolutely private as it is walled. The villa is surrounded by a pretty, well-maintained garden with lawns, shrubs, colourful flowers and a beautiful olive tree. There is also a built-in BBQ area.

The property is very well cared for, tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard.
Villa Emilia is the perfect holiday home not only for Golf lovers, but also for those who like to be close to facilities and beaches. Within the grounds of the golf course is a playground, tennis court, football pitch and restaurant. We are able to offer a discount of 25% for the golf course and 10% off the Boavista facilities.
