The fishing village of Marinhas has all basic facilities like a small supermarket, café, restaurant, etc. and is within walking distance of the villa. The beach is 1 km away. Quinta da Barca Golf is just 5 minutes walk. Horse riding can be done at only 5 (car) minutes from the villa. The center of Porto can be reached in 30 minutes (car). The old town is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen. Spacious dining / living room with comfortable sofas. Satellite television and dvd-player. Doors opening onto the pool and barbecue area. 2 bedrooms (1 with twin beds and 1 double) both with sliding doors to the front yard. Guest toilet.
First floor: master bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom with doors opening onto a large balcony with sea views. Bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom with large balcony. Bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom with private balcony overlooking the front garden.
Garden: spacious covered terrace with built-in barbecue, ideal for al fresco dinners. Private pool 10 x 4 m with electric cover (safe for children). Tennis court (clay) and a small football field. Well maintained garden with palm trees and a barbecue.
