Contemporary top villa with lots of space and luxury. This very nice villa meeting high standards. The villa offers first class views over the prestigious Millennium golf course. The villa is just 5 minutes driving from the beach and the marina of Vilamoura.

Accommodation: 10 + 2 persons, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.
Ground floor: entrance leads to the beautiful living room from which you have direct access to the private pool and garden with magnificent views over the golf course. The lounge offers comfortable sofas and armchairs. There is satellite television and dvd player available. The dining room seats up to 12 people and has doors opening onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room are also located on this floor. From the kitchen you have access to the outdoor areas. Beside the kitchen is a cloakroom and a bedroom with twin beds and adjoining bathroom with shower. A study (office) which can be changed into a bedroom with two single beds or a double bedroom. In this guest room guests will have to make use of the bathroom belonging to the above-mentioned bedroom on this floor.
First floor: two bedrooms with two single beds, both with ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms overlook the pool and offer stunning views over the golf course. Bedroom with large wardrobes. Two separate bathrooms, one with bath and shower. The shower also has stunning views over the golf course. Walk-in closet where an extra bed can be placed if needed. Master bedroom with king size bed (2 x 2 m), television, dvd-player and views over the golf course.
Outside: dining area with barbecue, lounge area with sun loungers where guests can unwind. The infinity pool 12 x 6 m is welcoming and has great cooling during hot days. The villa has air conditioning. There is wifi internet.
