The villa is perfectly situated near the center of the beautiful Cascais. Lisbon is also easy to reach as are Estoril and Sintra. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, ideal for a carefree holiday. If you like golf or water sports this is the perfect location. The golf resorts of Quinta da Marinha and Oitavos are nearby. Oitavos Dunes was voted the 68th best golf course in the world and number two in mainland Europe. In the golf resort are tennis courts, squash courts, sauna, gym, indoor pool, restaurants and stables. Cascais and Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage) offer one of the best water conditions in Portugal. The Estoril Coast is perfect for quiet beach holidays and the coast between Cascais / Guincho and Praia das Macas lends itself to more wild water sports.
