It features several bars and restaurants, a spa, tennis courts, a personal trainer, and a Kids Club Clubhouse for older children where the children can go canoeing, body boarding, biking and more.

The villa has a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor with adjoining bathroom and three double bedrooms on the first floor. All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom and large sun terrace. The villa is furnished as a luxury residence and meets high standards. A heating and ventilation system keeps the house warm and dry in the colder periods. The ground floor has a cozy and comfortable living room with 42 inch plasma television, a dining room with seating for 8 people and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Also located on the ground floor is a library and games room with pool table. Only a 5 minutes walk you will find the beach and 10 minutes walk from the Praia Del Rey Clubhouse. There are no neighbors in the immediate vicinity and you have fantastic views over the golf course to the Atlantic Ocean.
