This lovely holiday villa is one of the most luxurious villas in the area. La Madalena is situated on a large plot and offers magnificent views over the golf course to the ocean. There is a large private swimming pool with wooden sun terrace. The large garden mainly consists of lawn. Only a 5-minute walk away lies the Praia Del Rey beach. The luxury Praia del Rey resort is more than a prestigious golf resort. It features several bars and restaurants, a spa, tennis courts, a personal trainer, and a Kids Club Clubhouse for older children where the children can go canoeing, body boarding, biking and more.

Large villa with lots of natural light. The large living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for 8 to 10 persons. There is a large dining room with 8 chairs, a flat screen television with English channels and some other European channels, dvd-players. The atrium with tropical plants and flowers gives the house a special atmosphere. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances and stunning views. A laundry room is available with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. The villa has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with private bathroom. On the first floor is the master suite with access to a large terrace with fantastic views across the 5th fairway. The second bathroom has a king size bed. There is a cozy and comfortable seating area with sofa, television and a small pool table. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with adjoining bathroom. One has two single beds and the other a king size bed plus a pullout bed suitable for a child. La Madalena is a very nice villa in an unique location!
