Delightful holiday villa with private swimming pool. Villa Azeitao is surrounded by a pine forest and lies on an absolute top location at the exclusive golf resort of Quinta do Peru. You will find Lisboa only a short 30 minute drive away and the beach can be reached within fifteen minutes. The villa has no view on neighbors and overlooks the golf course. The villa is ideally located, quiet, yet with Lisboa in its vicinity.

Accommodation: 10 persons, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
Villa: living / dining room of 100 square meters. This large open space has an attractive fireplace, cable television and WiFi internet. The ultra modern kitchen has a breakfast area. The villa has five bedrooms. A suite with double bed, a suite with two single beds and three bedrooms all with twin beds. These three bedrooms share a bathroom and toilet. The suites each have a private bathroom. The bedrooms have doors opening onto the garden and pool. The entire villa is situated on the ground floor which makes the villa suitable for disabled guests (wheelchair friendly!) There is central heating available (extra charge).
Garden: a covered pergola around the house is attractively furnished with garden furniture and a dining area with wooden furniture and a barbecue for pleasant al fresco dinners. There is a private swimming pool which measures 10 x 5 m and has a sun terrace next to it.
