Casa Fortunato lies on a spacious plot of private grounds with no direct neighbours. The villa is facing south and is surrounded by pinetrees. This villa has been set up according to the concept: nature, ocean, good sun orientation, private yet close to all facilities one needs. The garden offers much privacy. There is a large terrace around the private pool where you can relax and lie in the sun. A pergola with attractive furniture and a dining area with wooden table and barbecue invites you for long, cozy al fresco diners.

The bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 suite with double bed. 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms share two bathrooms. On the first floor is another bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is air-conditioning available in the suite bedroom and central heating throughout the villa (obliged during low season and optional during high season).
