The former barn is transformed into a luxurious and modern villa, surrounded by unspoilt nature. Nevertheless, the villa lies only 30 km away from Lisboa, so you have the enjoyment of peace, space and privacy, but also the facilities of a big city nearby! In the vicinity you will also find Azeitão with famous wineries and good restaurants. This villa is very contemporary and is perfect for an undisturbed holiday in luxury!

Ground floor: on the ground floor you will find the beautiful living room with fireplace and glass doors that open onto the pool. There is a huge open space created along the entire length of the building with doors and beautiful wooden beams. In this large open space is the large lounge with television and comfortable sofas. A modern dining table and architecturally designed kitchen with island. There are 3 bedrooms with two single beds all with bathroom en suite with shower and 2 with doors opening onto the pool area. Bedroom with two single beds with access to a bedroom with two low single beds (most suitable for children) with bathroom en suite (with shower). Bathroom with shower and bath. 2 wardrobes.
Outside: There is a massive terrace for al fresco dinners with long views over the private pool. The garden has a children's playground with swings and slide.
