conditioning and heating set in a large plot. Tis great 4-bedroom villa is located in a quiet area in Monte Golf with nice terraces and mature gardens. From the garden you have views on the Lake where you can watch wild ducks and birds. This villa has views over the golf course of Quinta do Lago as well.
Ground floor: entrance hall, cloakroom, dining room, Living room with fireplace, both leading to the
nice covered terraces and pool area. There is one bedrooms (single beds) with en-suite bathroom,
fully equipped kitchen and utility room (washing machine & dryer).
First floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two more bedrooms (single beds)
both with en-suite bathrooms, both leading to panoramic balconies with view to the pool area and
mature garden.
Outside: A very pleasant mature garden with swimming pool, built-in BBQ and a spacious sun
terrace. Wonderfull views to the Lake and Golf.
