Fantastic, newly built villa on an unbeatable position in the west of Lagos overlooking the coast at Porto do Mos. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, shopping, golf and beaches are all within a 5 minutes drive away. This luxury villa has six bedrooms and six bathrooms and has a very high standard.

Ground floor: double bedroom with terrace, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Living room with access to the terrace, television and DVD player. Dining. Large country kitchen with oven, hob, grill, steam oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and table.
First floor: Double bedroom overlooking the pool. Double bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom and terrace. Double bedroom with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom and terrace.
Ground floor: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom with two single beds. Nice room with music system and bar. Home cinema with DVD library. Games room with television and Wii gaming consoles. Indoor swimming pool with pool heating (at extra charge), sauna, shower, steam room, Jacuzzi. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Outside: Large covered outside dining area that can be opened. The dining area has a fridge / freezer, sink, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery and a music system. There is a private swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters that can be heated (at extra cost). Extensive sun terraces.
