This villa was originally an old farmhouse. The building has recently been beautifully restored and is now a comfortable villa full of charm with many original features including exposed brickwork and beamed ceilings. The owners have put a lot of time and effort into the renovation and the purchasing of materials that were consistent with the original property. The new kitchen has many modern devices. The furniture fits perfectly with the style and character of the house. The main sitting room has soft velvet sofas and a wood stove. There is second small yellow sitting room with many books. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped and have a good quality linen and simple, elegant tiles. The villa is set in beautifully landscaped gardens and has a shaded terrace overlooking the pool with grassy areas on the side, along with a covered carport. The pool has pool heating (at extra cost). There are a few good restaurants within a fifteen minute walk and a supermarket within about twenty minutes.

A steep staircase leads to the mezzanine, this space is suitable for an older child or teenager. A stair gate can be provided if needed.
