Lovely rural villa next to a vineyard. Casa Sabine is located between Porches and Armacao de Pera. From several rooms in the main building (living room, swimming pool and the roof terrace) you have fantastic panoramic sea views. The property consists of two parts: the main house with three bedrooms and a simple cottage at the pool. The large kitchen in the main building has fancy red and black gloss cabinets and glass doors to the spacious and comfortable living / dining room with fireplace. Patio doors lead to the wide, partly covered terrace. From the terrace you can take the stairs to the pool. There is an indoor, built-in barbecue on one side of the terrace, a beautiful lawn, dominated by a beautiful palm tree and various fruit trees. The garden is fenced in.
