At the end of a bumpy path, you will find this beautiful villa, magnificently situated on a hill from which you have breathtaking views on the northern Portuguese countryside. This villa is ideally situated in the triangle between Vila Nova de Cerveira, Viana Do Castelo and the ancient roman town of Ponte de Lima. These are three of the best known and most beloved cities in the beautiful Minho region.

Ground floor: living / dining room with dining table which seats 8 people. Comfortable lounge with satellite television, DVD player and stereo with CD player. Patio doors opening onto the terrace from where you can enjoy panoramic views over the surrounding hills. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen. And a shower for elderly / disabled.
First floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the countryside. Two adjacent bedrooms, one with a double and one with twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
Outside: terrace and lawn. Barbecue and seating, perfect for alfresco dining. A private swimming pool of 8 x 6 m and a depth of 1.7 m max.
