Spacious villa situated on 5 acres of land, overlooking the Millennium Golf Course. Although this villa lies in peaceful and idyllic surroundings it is only 5 minutes drive away to the famous marina of Vilamoura. This villa to rent as well as a 5 bedroom villa accommodation with nine bedrooms (depending on group size). Spacious villa with air conditioning, a surround sound system, a gym, a steam room, home cinema and games room with pool table and bar. Left wing ground floor: 3 bedrooms 2 with double beds and one with twin beds, wardrobe. These three bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sink, large walk in shower with two shower heads.
Right wing ground floor: Bedroom 4 with twin beds and full bathroom and a corner with table and chairs. The air conditioning in each bedroom can be arranged separately.
Right wing first floor: spacious living room with extra large flat screen television, high ceilings and wooden beams. A dining room with seating for 12 people. A fully equipped modern kitchen with separate breakfast area. A fifth bedroom with patio doors opening onto the pool terrace (wheelchair friendly). The bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower (wheelchair friendly).
Left wing first floor: bedrooms 6 , 7 and 8 can be found here as well as master bedroom 9. Bedroom 6.7 and 8 have double beds, walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and toilet. The master bedroom has views over the garden. The air conditioning in each bedroom can be arranged separately.
