In the hall you are welcomed by contemporary art of both local and international painters and photographers. The living room has a lot natural lights and facilitates a plasma satellite television, DVD player and a piano. There are patio doors opening onto the terrace and pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances including an American fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has doors opening onto the garden.
The pool has a large dining table which seats eight people. A wonderful place for delicious al fresco diners. There is a barbecue available and there are 4 sun beds.

On the ground floor there is a games room decorated with modern art pieces. The game room has a snooker table and table football. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and is next to a bathroom with shower and bath.
Bedroom 3 also borders the bathroom with shower and bath.
Bedroom 4 has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is on the ground floor.
