Minha villa is situated on the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Milho. Just 10 minutes walking from the villa you will find the beautiful beach of Centeanes which has a restaurant and snack bar. In summer there are many water sports that can be practiced. At walking distance are also several good restaurants and the Rocha Brava complex with a supermarket, bar and sports facilities including tennis and fitness. The cozy Carvoeiro is only 5 minutes drive away.

First floor: master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Patio doors opening onto the roof terrace from which you have stunning views over the golf course and sea.

Ground floor: two bedrooms both with twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors opening onto the terrace and pool. The living / dining room is spacious and bright with patio doors to the pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

Outside you will find a dining area for al fresco dining, a private pool with pool heating (at extra charge), barbecue and landscaped gardens. This villa is perfect for anyone looking for comfort and privacy on the perfect location.
