This villa is situated on the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Milho. Perfect for golfers! Estefanio is just 10 minutes walking from the beautiful beach of Centeanes where you find a restaurant and snack bar. At the beach various water sports can be done during the summer. Within a few minutes walk there are several good restaurants, and the Rocha Brava complex where you will find a supermarket, a bar, sports facilities including tennis and fitness. The nice city of Carvoeiro is 5 minutes driving. Estefanio offers an outdoor Jacuzzi.

On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room can be found. There is a bathroom with shower. The spacious living room and dining room have patio doors that lead you to the terrace. From the terrace you have stunning views over the valley and the sea. This terrace and a lower terrace both have dining tables ideal for al fresco dining. A staircase leads you to a private roof terrace.

Via a marble staircase you can enter the lower part of the villa. Here you will find a bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath (shower in bath), toilet and double sink. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening onto a sun terrace and lower terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi, sun beds and barbecue. There is an extra bedroom with single bed, perfect for a child. This villa is tastefully furnished and is ideal for a golf and / or beach holiday in the Algarve.
