Villa Lianna  

Lianna villa is situated on the quiet resort of Vale Centeanes. The villa is recently built and is located just 5 minutes driving from the lively Carvoeiro. Carvoeiro was once a quiet fishing village and is now a pleasant tourist village with many good restaurants and cafes. Furthermore, in Carveiro the famous Pestana golf complex can be found where three championships are being held annually. The beautiful beach of Centeanes is only 5 minutes walking from Villa Lianna. On the beach there is a restaurant and snack bar and in summer there are many water sports that can be practiced. Within walking distance of the villa you will find Rocha Brava, a complex with a restaurant, bar and sports facilities like tennis and fitness.

This spacious, contemporary villa has much to offer including a Jacuzzi tub, a private pool and panoramic sea views.

Master bedroom with wardrobe, ceiling fan, air conditioning and television. En-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, television and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. This bedroom also has patio doors to the pool. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer. The L-shaped living room has SKY television, DVD player, stereo installation and ceiling fan. The house is perfectly decorated.

Outside the villa has a beautiful garden, an attractive pool and sun terrace. There is a large barbecue and covered patio for alfresco dining. A staircase leads to the private roof terrace with magnificent sea views. Ideal to enjoy private sunbathing and enjoying a glass of Portuguese wine.
