Villa Tomas

This house has been completely modernised and is set in an enclosed garden with lawns on two levels - the lower level has a small 2 seat swing for children. There is air conditioning throughout the house and all bathrooms have heated towel rails. The bedrooms are modern, clean, light and airy. All throughout the house the wood work is light and modern. All the rooms have electronically operated shutters which keeps out light if required and is a good safety feature. The house has an alarm

The front door leads directly into the sitting/dining room which is attractively furnished with two red sofas (one is a corner suite), with a coffee table in front and a slightly more formal dining table with 8 chairs. A large plasma TV screen fixed to the wall and a video player, DVD and Sky box are housed in a unit below There are large French windows leading out to the terrace, lawn and pool.

To the right of the front door is the kitchen (the whole sitting/dining/kitchen area is open plan) with a breakfast bar and which has modern white fitted units, electric hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It is all very clean, bright and airy.

Away from the sitting room is a corridor with two twin bedrooms, the first has an attractive brown and beige en suite bathroom with heated towel rail. The bedroom has French windows to the pool terrace. The second bedroom has an en suite shower room with unusual round stones at the back of the shower cubicle.
Also in this area is a cloakroom

Up to the first floor there are two master suites with a large double bed (1m60 wide) which are spacious, light and airy one has French windows onto a large terrace where there is a wrought iron table and chairs. This bedroom has an en suite shower room in beige/brown with an attractive stone sloping style basin and large shower area and lavatory.

The other suite has the same size bed and French windows to a smaller terrace. There is an en suite full bathroom in tones of grey granite.

The outside furniture is attractive grey raffia style comfortable chairs (8) with a large matching table. The pool is in front of the terrace leading from the sitting room. The pool is 8 x4.5 - 2 m deep end and 90cm shallow end and has built in steps in the shallow end. There is a pool cover and pool heating, an outside shower and a large pine tree giving extensive shade over the lawn area. Steps lead down to the lower garden are where there is a child's swing and lawn area.


Brown's Health and sports club is under 100 metres away, where there is a restaurant and bar and extensive sports facilities (see their website for more info)
