This luxury, spacious villa is situated in the hills near Ponte de Lima, only 6 kilometers from the historic centre. The villa from the 19th Century is carefully renovated, with full attention for details, into a stylish and comfortable house where guests will have a comfortable stay. The high vaulted ceilings, wooden floors and stone balconies were mixed with contemporary furnishings and modern conveniences.

Ground floor: Large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Gym and cloak room.
Large games room with TV area and fireplace, tennis table and football table.
First floor: Fully equipped, large kitchen with breakfast table, seating for 6 guests. Doors opening to the dining room. The dining room table has room for 20 guests, so you can enjoy the meal together. French doors leading to the balcony with panoramic views over the valley.
The living room is spacious, there is an open fireplace and comfortable sofas, piano and doors leading to the outside terrace with a large dining table. In the living is a satellite TV, DVD player, and a music centre.
All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (including the master bedroom) have doors to the garden or the pool area. Guests can choose how to make the beds, either twin or queen size.
On the top floor is the library.
Outside: A large garden surrounds the villa, with ample terraces, a large lawn and flowerbeds.
The pool (size 12 x 6m, depth 1,20 – 1,80m) is surrounded by lawn, a patio and many sun loungers.
Beautiful covered patio, inviting guests to relax in the shade and ideal for alfresco dining in the evening.

At guests’ disposal: Badminton court, built in barbeque, free internet access, games room with football table and tennis table and gym.
