This villa is located in the heart of Vilamoura and has a fenced in garden with pine trees providing welcome shade. Although it has other villas nearby there are several areas of privacy. There is a lawn at the back of the villa and the pool is fenced in, it also has a safety rail so it is safe to children or non swimmers. The front door opens onto a hallway leading to an open plan living / dining / kitchen, which feature two leather sofas and a wooden dining table with chairs. From here there are doors opening onto a shaded terrace overlooking the pool and barbecue. The kitchen is very attractive with a range of modern appliances and a laundry room. The bathrooms are equipped with all modern faciliies, with granite surfaces and stainless steel fittings.
