This spacious villa is located in Varandas do Logo, one of the luxury villa areas between the prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Situated in the Ria Formosa nature reserve where over 200 species of birds live. Here you can enjoy endless sandy beaches. The largest tennis facility in Europe is just five minutes driving and it goes without saying that there are several top quality restaurants nearby. Areia is a fenced in villa with a great outdoor area with a small lawn, a swing and other playing equipment for children and a covered car port at the front of the villa. The interior is surprisingly spacious, the furniture is of good quality and the kitchen is well equipped with a central cooking island, large fridge / freezer and granite worktops. Also the terrace has a dining area with a barbecue and iPod/MP3 docking station. The terrace is overlooking the pool. There are several doors from the living room / dining room to the pool, a plasma television (there is another one in the master bedroom), comfortable leather sofas and an elegant dining table and chairs. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bedroom and two bedrooms on the first floor have a small balcony. In addition to the ceiling fans, each bedroom has air-conditioning. For those who need to keep in touch with the world, there is a Wi-Fi Internet connection and a laptop at your disposal.
