This beautiful villa is very close to the beach, in the new resort of Quinta do Mar. Quinta do Mar is a very comfortable villa with 4 bedrooms, a television room and a playroom in the basement. All facilities are within easy reach.

The accommodation comprises a hallway leading to the lounge with television. The patio doors open onto the pool terrace. Besides the living room lies the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor are two bedrooms both with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor is the master bedroom with large bathroom and a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have a private terrace overlooking the pool. The villa is air conditioned. In the basement is a television room, a small study, a games room with snooker table, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a garage.
Outside there is a large pool that can be heated and there are loungers, a garden table and chairs and a gas barbecue. Within the resort is a tennis court and soccer field, the beach is within walking distance.
