This spacious villa is situated on a hill overlooking the Salgados Golf Course and the Gale beach. Villa Romy enjoys sea views from the pool and the bedroom terraces. It is located in a residential cul de sac on a small private estate and is not disturbed by traffic. The main rooms are spacious, spacious and ultra modern kitchen / breakfast room which is fully equipped. Balinese influence in the living room creates a great atmosphere. All bedrooms have screens in front of the windows. The private swimming pool has plenty of good quality teak sun loungers and umbrellas. Outside there is a lawn, colorfull flower beds and ample parking space. There is underfloor heating available in the bathrooms, triple glazing and an effective wood stove in the living room. This is also a very good choice for a relaxing holiday off season.
