At the beginning of the long driveway is an electrically operated gate, the large driveway has space for several cars.

There is a large hall with two bedrooms on the ground floor (both with doors opening onto the garden and swimming pool). There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, laundry room and a spacious living room with sliding doors opening onto the balcony overlooking the garden and pool. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor where a third bedroom and the master bedroom can be found, both with doors opening onto a terrace with sea views. All bedrooms have private bathrooms.
