Luxury villa with stunning sea views and private pool in Salema. A perfect villa for guests who are looking for something exceptional.

Located on a cliff with magnificent sea views, this is a stunning contemporary villa. This recently completed villa has views over both sea and the beach of Salema. The villa is well furnished with modern luxuries such as the Philpp Starck bathrooms. It is an unique villa with character and elegance. Contemporary elements are cleverly and tastefully mixed with beautiful pieces collected from Asia to Africa, leaving the interior a remarkable atmosphere. The large sunlit hall divides the villa into 2 parts: on the right is the study with library, television room with sea views and access to the terrace with swimming pool and shower. On the left is the split level dining and living room with open kitchen, all with sea views and terrace access. A wide staircase leads from the hall up to 3 bedrooms, each with its own adjoining bathroom. All bedrooms have sea views and private terraces.Another staircase leads to a midlevel bedroom - the only one without sea views, with en suite bathroom with shower and a closet.
Downstairs is a self contained apartment. A nice spacious terrace offers stunning views, the terrace has comfortable loungers, chairs and table. There is a separate entrance for the apartment and you can use an external staircase to the upper swimming pool. The apartment cannot be rented seperately.

The terrace is very spacious, there is ample garden furniture. The pool has a distinctive shape, the width ranges from 0.50 m to 3.50 m and the length is about 20 meters.
First floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with private bathroom (2 bathrooms with bath and shower and a bathroom with shower), all bedrooms have a terrace with sea views.
Middle floor: large bedroom with double bed, private ensuite bathroom with shower and dressing room.
Apartment: self contained apartment with living room / dining room, kitchen, double bedroom, en suite bathroom with shower and a separate bathroom with bath, large terrace overlooking Salema, the sea and the vast coastline.

Important: All terraces and stairs are protected by railings, but we want to point out that you have to watch out with small children due to the location. They can climb over the rail so dangerous situations can arise.
