Villa Southern Comfort
This impressive and unique villa is beautifully situated on a hill with spectacular views over the Algarve coast and the Atlantic Ocean from one side and views over beautiful hills to the north on the other side. The villa offers you all the comforts and conveniences of today. Such as air conditioning, a private swimming pool with heating, WiFi Internet and many other facilities.
You can enjoy the breathtaking views of the Algarve from the large, beautifully landscaped garden with six terraces. The terraces on the south side offer a wonderful view all the way to the ocean.The villa also offers a heated pool (with built-in jet stream, Jacuzzi and a waterfall), several terraces for alfresco dining with both wood and gas barbecue, while the terraces on the ground outside the living room and dining room are also arranged to dine or relaxing outdoors. The garden surrounding the villa is well maintained.
The original town of Loule is only a few minutes’ drive away and offers a variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. In Loulé, originally a Roman settlement, the remains of a ruined castle are still visible in the old quarter. In Loule there is a covered market which is held six days a week. Here excellent fresh fish, fruits and vegetables can be purchased. The village of Almancil is just minutes away such as the beaches and golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. All within about 10 minutes. The nearby Vilamoura is located in the heart of the "wave country" where you will find some of the world's best golf courses, along with many beaches with lots of water sports facilities.

The hall leads into a spacious living room with large doors opening onto a large covered terrace with views over the surrounding area. The living room is well equipped with a widescreen TV with satellite reception. The dining room also provides access to other terraces, which are all equipped with garden furniture. There is a lovely lounge set on one of the terraces for you to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean view.
The library is located on the south and includes a reading area and a games room with table football. Two spacious bedrooms are on the ground floor which have a door to the porch by the pool.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom has a double bed, with en-suite bathroom with large bath and a separate shower. This bedroom has a terrace with lovely views over the sea in the distance. There is also a double bedroom on the first floor with roof terrace which is perfect for private sunbathing. The villas are nonsmoking. The villa is fully air conditioned and WIFI internet is available throughout the villa. Pets are not allowed.
Ground floor: Entrance hall leading to the living room with a dining area and doors opening onto the terrace with spectacular views. Fully equipped kitchen, including induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Guest toilet. Double bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and bidet, door to the terrace by the pool. Double bedroom with separate bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and bidet. The bedrooms on this level also have access to the library and there is a staircase to the first floor. The hall doubles as a games room with table football and leads to the terrace by the pool.
First floor: Double bedroom with king-size bed with access to the sun terrace which offers total privacy. Master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The bathroom has a large bath and separate shower. There is a well-furnished sitting area with television (with satellite channels and Dutch channels) between the two bedrooms.
Guest house: For 2 people
The annex is divided into two separate studios, of which one is inhabited by the discrete villa manager. The residence is situated in a way that it is completely isolated from both the main building as from the other two rooms in the guesthouse. The rooms in the guest room share a bathroom with shower. The guesthouse has a kitchen that usually serves as the laundry for the house - and also has a terrace with outdoor kitchen (barbecue). There is a table tennis table available. Laundry room with washer, dryer, extra freezer and refrigerator.
Outside: Spacious porch to the living room of the villa with dining table which accommodates 8 people. Widescreen television with satellite and surround sound system (bring your iPod with you!). Heated pool with Jacuzzi, jet stream and waterfall. Separate terrace with comfortable lounge set from which you can enjoy the sea in the distance. Terrace with sun beds, cooling drinks and diverse other terraces. You can enjoy the privacy of the 20,000 m2 garden.
