This beautiful villa is located only a short distance from the center of Carvoeiro. Ideal for guests who do not want to rent cars during their holidays. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within 10 minutes walk.

Accommodation: 12 persons, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms
Ground floor: When entering the villa you will see the spacious living room and dining room with large doors opening onto the terrace with barbecue, the garden and private swimming pool. There is a well equipped kitchen and a hallway which leads to a double bedroom, bathroom with large jacuzzi, shower and double sink. There are two bedrooms with two single beds, one with a small patio. These bedrooms share a bathroom.On the ground floor are another two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower and double sink. There is a separate bathroom and a games room with pool table and a sitting area with refrigerator. All bathrooms have been recently refurbished to a very high standard and are equipped with underfloor heating. There is also air conditioning in the two lounges and in two of the bedrooms.
First floor: the staircase takes you to the master bedroom on the first floor, with bathroom and doors opening onto the huge roof terrace with stunning views over Carvoeiro and the sea.
Outside: the villa enjoys a wonderful location, offers much space, both inside and outside and has a well maintained garden and a large private swimming pool. The villa is completely secure with electric gates and is fenced so children can play in the garden. There is also a carport with space for two cars.
