This luxury villa is set on a wonderful position on the prestigious Club Atlantico just 3.5 km east of Carvoeiro. The stairs to accessCarvalho (Smugglers) beach are located just 250 meters away and can be reached via a port on the back of the garden.The exclusive Club Atlantico resort has a fantastic restaurant, pool and playground. Rocha Brava is a two minutes drive away and offers tennis courts, restaurants, bars, cafe and a supermarket.

This beautiful private villa comprises a spacious living room and dining room both with patio doors to garden and pool. The doors of the dining room lead to the fully equipped modern kitchen which has recently been updated to a high standard. On the ground floor are three bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and sliding doors to the garden.
The first bedroom has two single beds and has an ajoining bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, down the hall is a bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining bathroom. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, television, patio doors opening onto a spacious private terrace with beautiful sea views.
There is an unusually large bathroom with double sinks, beautiful walk-in shower and bath.
On the ground floor heating is available and the first floor has underfloor heating. There is a portable air conditioning unit for the hot summer months.
Garden: The garden has a private pool (8 x 4 meters), a built-in barbecue and a spacious terrace to enjoy al fresco dining. The beautifully landscaped garden surrounding the villa has large lawns, colorful shrubs and native plants. For convenience there is also the pool bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
The villa is decorated and refurbished to a high standard and is perfect for families with children.
