This comfortable villa is located at 2 acres, including vineyards, and is surrounded by a large garden full of flowers and ancient trees. The villa dates back from the 18th century and has recently been renovated, retaining the original features but with all the comfort and convenience of modern life. The villa is just 2 km away from the ancient Roman town of Ponte de Lima. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and doors opening onto the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The large garden has been beautifully decorated with various terraces for you to relax in the shade or to enjoy al fresco dining. The large private swimming pool is surrounded by a patio with sun loungers. This villa is located in the heart of the Minho region, it is a great base for a visit to Viana do Castelo, the National Park of Ponte da Barca. Barcelos and Braga are also worth a visit. At Ponte de Lima you will find several good restaurants and cafes around the banks of the Lima is also much activity. Garden: Spacious sun terraces, lawns and flower beds around the pool (12 x 6 meters). The pool has an outdoor shower, barbecue and dressing rooms. Next to the pool lies a separate cottage with 3 bedrooms each with double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. When you book this villa for 11 people, this cottage will be closed. There are no other guests on the estate, so all facilities are completely private.
