This villa is situated on a privileged location at Clube Atlantico. The villa is surrounded by a wonderful garden with direct sea views also from all corners of the building. The decor is classic with an attractive dining room. From here you have access to the lounge with wooden floor and a bookshelf from floor to ceiling (practical steps to ensure that even the upper shelves can be easily reached.) You can enjoy the great library or sit with a good book in a cozy corner or lie down on one of the comfortable sofas. There is also has a fireplace and central heating which are making this property ideal for holidays in the early or late season (heating at extra cost). There are several shady terraces from whereon you can enjoy the spectacular view. The pool is surrounded by a lawn and a closed gate at the end of the garden which leads past the rocks. On one corner of the pool terrace is a charming covered loveseat which is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The prestigious Clube Atlantico is located on a quiet secluded cliff, past the lighthouse of Alfanzina. This is one of the most beloved places in the region. A short distance from the villa there is a reception surrounded by lawns, a very good Italian restaurant, a central swimming pool, mini golf, a playground and manicured lawns. The villa lies near Praia do Carvalho, one of the most beautiful and remote beaches of the Algarve. There is a bus stop with a regular busses to the center of Carvoeiro and two tennis courts which can be booked and paid for on the spot. Guincho is located near Casa Brava, Casa Ingrid and Casa Laura.
