This charming villa lies on a great location, close to the popular Praia d'Oura, with its vibrant nightlife, many restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. It is situated in an attractive residential area and a car is not needed because all facilities are within walking distance. The garden is divided into three levels (Watch out with children, because there are some steep sections), there is a path to the great barbecue that where you will find a dining table and chairs. In the garden you will also find the private swimming pool.

There is a shaded terrace outside the living room and two of the bedrooms have a small balcony (again, one must be careful with younger children because the walls are quite low).

These rooms overlook Praia d'Oura. The villa is a bit dated in style but offers you a comfortable sofa and chairs in the living / dining room and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are nice and the bathrooms are spotless and decorated with traditional tiles.
