There is a large lawn, a pool terrace and a waterfall, complete with a bridge that leads to a duck pond (fenced in for safety). Tastefully decorated with high quality bedding. The circular kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with a large American fridge freezer and an attachment to the dining room which contains a bleached oak table. From here there are two steps to the living room. Another two steps lead to a charming summer room with a new television and pool table. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable with rattan chairs and there is an outdoor dining area with kitchenette near the barbecue. There is a garage for two cars and parking for four more cars.
