This beautiful villa is only a short drive away from Arcos de Valdevez, a charming town built on a hill on the banks of Rio Vez, with stunning views over the valley. There has been an extensive renovation of this villa to turn it into a comfortable accommodation in this beautiful part of Portugal. The attractive patio and a stone path leads you via wide lawns to the private swimming pool, which overlooks the lush wooded hillsides. The well maintained garden with large lawn, chestnut and fruit trees, is situated on different levels. There is also a large swimming pool and private tennis court. At Ponte de Lima is an excellent golf course and you will find several restaurants here, the city is about 15 minutes driving. The town of Viana do Castelo has a lively fishing port and is known for its winding streets and ancient monuments. This place is about 30 minutes driving.

Lower ground floor: dining room with dining area for 18 people. Doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the valley, perfect for alfresco dining. Toilets.
Adjacent double bedroom with bathroomen-suite. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table.
Ground floor: Living room with comfortable seating, three beds, satellite television, VCR and fireplace. Door to a large balcony with stunning views over the valley. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom ensuite with shower and private balcony. Bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom en-suite with shower. Doors lead to a patio.
First floor: Two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds, each with a private bathroom. Double bedroom with adjoining bathroom and Jacuzzi bath. The adjoining cottage is a game room with table football.
Outside: Lawns with spectacular views lead to the tennis court and swimming pool. The swimming pool is 12 meters long and 7 meters wide. The depth is 1.40 to 2.10 meters. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Small poolhouse with changing rooms and toilets. The terrace include a covered barbecue area.
The owner lives on the estate in a separate house, but the accommodation for the guests is completely private. On the estate there is the possibility for horse riding.
