Sun, good food and good local wine has been high on the list of those who has been seeking for a second home abroad. At Quinta Boa you will find this and much more! It is located in the unspoilt Minho region. This former farmhouse lies in a fascinating and beautiful estate with easy access to the pleasures of the beautiful Ponte de Lima center. Here you will find several quality restaurants, cafes, bars, open air esplanades around the waterfront of the river Lima, 18 hole golf course, horse riding, etc. Basic facilities like a mini market can be found within walking distance.

Earlier in 2007 the owners of the property itself enjoyed a wonderful holiday in the Ponte de Lima region together with their family. At the end of two weeks, everyone agreed that they never saw such a beautiful, quiet and cozy place before. They decided the following year to go back to this area, but then to find themselves a home to live in. The result is this lovely villa.

When you walk around Quinta Boa, we hope you'll marvel at the craftsmanship of the builders. The restoration of the old stone walls is breathtaking and can only be achieved by using old skills of older generations. It is great to see the old style and authenticity remained. We are pleased to offer this villa and we will do our best to make your stay in Portugal unforgettable! The villa is really a distinctive product of the region.

Accommodation: 14 persons, 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms
Ground floor: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 3 bedrooms each with private shower room. Doors opening onto a terrace ideal for alfresco dining. Stairs to the first floor.
First floor: two double bedrooms share a bathroom suitable for disabled and wheelchair users. Fully equipped kitchen with doors which open onto a covered terrace, barbecue and pool. Spacious dining room with table with seating for 14 people. Living room with comfortable seating, closed fireplace, satellite television, music center and dvd-player. Doors opening onto a lovely balcony with stunning views over a valley.
Outside: sun terrace and lawns with beautiful views. Barbecue terrace perfect for al fresco dining. The private pool is 15 x 7 meters. Badminton Alley. Parking. The large gardens and recently planted vineyard offer many nice places and invites the guests to relax in the shade or to make a nice walk.
