Beautifully restored farmhouse with stunning views over the valley of Lima, the countryside and the Roman town of Ponte de Lima. The careful restoration of this charming farmhouse with two floors is the result of a number of skilled local workers. The villa has been lovingly and comfortably furnished, has beautifully decorated bedrooms and a remarkable living room with doors opening onto a lovely terrace which is ideal for alfresco dining. The pool house offers a 7th bedroom which is perfect for those who want more privacy or for young people. Of particular interest is the spacious dining / living room with well equipped kitchen. Fully furnished and equipped for catering large groups. The great stone walls ensure that the farm remains cool even during the hottest summer months, while retaining the warmth in the cooler seasons. The villa enjoys stunning views over the valley of Lima and is surrounded by mature trees and forest with many trails ideal for hiking in the green landscape.

There are several facilities within reach, including a small supermarket and local bar (approximately 1 km away), shop and bakery (2km), restaurants (4km away). The oldest village in Portugal - Ponte de Lima - with its XI century Roman bridge, the main square, cathedral, coffee bars, great restaurants and shops is only 5.5 km. away. For a taste of the Minho life, you should visit: Peneda Geres National Park, Viana do Castelo with its historic center and beautiful sandy beaches, the market of Barcelos, Braga and Guimaraes which are on the world heritage list. Activities such as golf, water sports, hiking, wine tasting tours, massage or private cook in the villa are always possible. An excellent 18-hole golf course is situated on a hill just outside of Ponte de Lima center.

Lower floor: double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with shower. Dining room doors open onto a covered terrace ideal for alfresco meals. Comfortable and tastefully decorated living room with satellite television, dvd-player and stereo-installation. Doors opening onto the covered terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. Spacious fully equipped kitchen. Games room with table tennis. Laundry.
Upper floor: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower room.
Double bedroom and two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. Double bedroom and two bedrooms with twin beds share a bathroom.
Guesthouse (pool house): bedroom with twin beds and private bathroom. Equipped kitchenette with microwave, oven, hob, kettle, etc.
Outside: sun terrace and lawns. Barbeque terrace perfect for al fresco dining. The private pool has an irregular shape and is 12 x 7 meters at its widest point. parking lot.
