This large, comfortable villa is located in an elevated position on extensive grounds. The enclosed garden is beautiful and there are three ponds (fenced for safety) with fish, frogs and water lilies. Stairs lead to a large tiled pool terrace, where you will find a dining table for up to fourteen people placed in the shadow of a flowered pergola. This part of the garden is dominated by a huge palm tree and there is a brick barbecue and a covered bar available. The pool lies on a lower level. The garden consists of extensive lawn with a large variety of trees and shrubs. It offers fantastic views over the sea towards the Monchique mountains at a distance. The living / dining room has three sofas around a log burning stove and there is a second living room on the first floor, benefiting from the view. The kitchen is contemporary in design with light wood cabinets and modern devices. The road to the villa can be bumpy, depending on the weather.
