This beautiful villa is situated in a quiet area on the prestigious Carvoeiro Club Resort, near the tennis club. The villa has been modernized with a well equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. There is an enclosed central courtyard with barbecue, which gives access to the swimming pool. The living room has two glass patio doors leading to the garden and the hall. There are two cream sofas around a fireplace and there is an attractive glass dining table with wooden chairs. From here patio doors give access to a shaded terrace with comfortable furniture, overlooking a vast lawn. In the garden one or two cats live. The garden is dominated by a huge palm tree. There are several nice spots in the garden, including a spot with a bench under one of several trees. There is also a roof terrace with seats. The partly covered pool terrace has a bar, a refrigerator, sink and CD player.
