The breath-taking sea views from this villa are magnificent. The hall has sliding glass doors to the living room, which in turn has three large windows which look out over the lawn, garden, pool and sea. There is a second seat, with doors opening onto the garden and there is a partly shaded terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen is new and fully furnished and has lots of windows making it very light. There are large marble work surfaces, an eye level oven and a separate storage room. The bedrooms on the first floor have fantastic views over the tops of the cliffs of a small cove.
The villa has neighbours, but there are plenty of private areas in the garden. Abelha is situated on a cliff and although the garden is fenced in and there is some distance from the edge of the cliff, it is obvious that this can be dangerous for small children.

Ground floor: Entrance, living and dining room. Kitchen. 2nd living room. Two bedrooms with two single beds, both rooms with en-suite shower.
