Casa Aldonca is located on a great location, close to Monte Carvoeiro.
The gate in the backyard leads to several restaurants and shops, including traditional Portuguese shops, but also Indian, the famous "Stone Fernando's Steak House" and an excellent jazz bar. From the front of the villa you look over this restaurant area. You can use a staircase which leads you to the Boteco Restaurant, from whereon there a steep staircase leads you to a small cove. The main square and the beach of Carvoeiro are also easily accessible by walking downhill.

The villa has an open ground floor living / dining room, from whereon you can enter the spacious and modern kitchen with American fridge / freezer.
Patio doors lead from here to the hexagonal, attractive pool. A staircase leads from the kitchen to the first floor where you will find a living room with fireplace, piano and a terrace. There are amazing sea views from this floor. At the back of the villa there is a lawn. The private pool is surrounded by terraces, with an attractive shaded dining area and barbecue in one corner. Although Aldonca has neighbours, there is plenty of privacy around the pool.
