This beautiful villa is located on an 8 acre estate with long private driveway that leads to the property. The villa has been redesigned around the original house and the owner made use of local materials, making it an authentic villa with country house feel. The main living room has oak floors, original half tiled walls and attractive wooden shutters. The two seating areas are separated by an arch and have comfortable leather armchairs and a table and additional seating. There is a separate dining room with a beautiful mahogany table and chairs. From here doors lead to the breakfast room with an arch to the kitchen, which is older in style, but fully equipped. The outdoors are great, with comfortable chairs, a hammock and rattan furniture. There is a garden with lawn and trees and a pool terrace. The rest of the garden is mostly natural with different paths that are perfect for a morning and evening walk. The entrance to the villa is via an acces road which is in good condition. The villa is quiet and peaceful, because there are no close neighbours. Fresh bread is available only 2 minutes away where a famous local bakery uses an authentic wood oven. We are glad to be able to offer this beautiful villa to our clients.
