This impressive villa is located in a quiet cul de sac with views on the lake and on the Quinta do Lago Norte Golf Course. The popular Quinta shopping center is just two kilometers away with some great designer boutiques, cosy bars and good restaurants - most of them with outdoor terrace. This is the place to see and be seen. Constança offers much privacy and has a spacious beautifully landscaped garden. There is a courtyard full of flowers at the front of the villa and an unusual pool (with separate children's section) and a terrace behind the villa.
