This spacious villa is set in a quiet residential area close to Nausicaa and lies at walking distance from the center of Carvoeiro. The interior is stylish, with traditional tiles and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with granite work surfaces, an American fridge freezer, an impressive Leisure Rangemaster double oven and a breakfast room with built-in seating. From the dining room, a few steps lead to the paved garden at the back with a table and seating area. In the large open living room doors open onto a terrace.There is a bar / games room, a large salt water swimming pool with slide, outdoor shower and barbecue. Enjoy al fresco dining at the cozy covered terrace with seating for 12 people. The master bedroom on the first floor has views of Carvoeiro and the sea, a walk-in closet and large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub in the corner (the suite is accessible through an open wooden staircase - watch out with young children. There is a self-contained apartment with cozy sitting area, separate kitchen and a terrace overlooking the pool.

Note: For groups of 6 or less, the apartment will be closed and only one bedroom on the first floor and bedrooms on the ground floor will be available.
