Imaculada is located in a secluded resort with two golf courses and individually designed detached villas. The villa that we offer has an established garden with tall pine trees, private swimmingpool, placed in a lawn with secluded terraces. There is an attractive outdoor dining area with a large wooden table, built-in barbecue, bread oven and a covered porch. Inside is a glass wall overlooking the garden, an irregularly shaped living/dining room with beautiful fireplace and an open wooden staircase leads to the first floor. The ultra modern kitchen has a wooden bar-style breakfast area, granite countertops and integrated stainless steel appliances. On the first floor is a mezzanine overlooking the living room with a television and comfortable chairs. The bedrooms on the first floor have terraces that are not suitable for children. The ground floor bedrooms have access to the garden and swimming pool. Within the resort there is a large communal pool (open from June to September), tennis courts and a snack bar and guests can buy a day pass to use these facilities. There is a supermarket, cafe and gourmet shop in the commercial center at the entrance of the development and the cafe can arrange meals to bring home. Aroeira is surrounded by 10km of some of the best beaches of Portugal. The nearest beach, Fonte da Telha, has a number of restaurants specialized in grilled fish, most have a lovely terrace (perfect for watching the sunset) and many disco occasions when it has become dark.
