Luxurious holiday villa near Arrabida National Park and Sesimbra, Lisbon area, Portugal.     

Casa Vista is located on the edge of the Arrábida National Park and offers stunning views over the bay of Sesimbra and the coastline. The property is 1100 square meters and the villa is located approximately 200 meters above sea level, Casa Vista is perfect for families or friends looking for an intimate and panoramic setting while maintaining easy access (2 minutes by car) to Sesimbra. The accommodation is exceptionally spacious, well planned and designed and equipped to a high standard with stylish décor. Casa Vista has terraces on all levels, including a terrace by the swimming pool and a barbecue area on the ground floor, a large covered terrace on the first floor which is perfect for alfresco dining. All bedrooms overlook the sea and some of the rooms have views on the National Park Arrábida. There is a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art equipment. Each floor has a large living room with fireplace making this an ideal choice for holidays in low season. There are 12 sun beds available.

Please note that the owners live in the house with their beautiful chocolate brown Labrador, Roma. Their apartment is independent from the villa but they are fully aware of the needs of the clients pricacy and respect our clients. The villa is located next to the villa Carmo (which we also have in file).

Please note: Becareful with young children due to the low walls around the property, and the high location of the house.
