Lovely traditional villa situated on 30 hectares of farmland with horse stables. Magnificent location in nature for those who love the countryside. From the varanda and garden you have beautiful views on farmland, fields, oak trees and valley. Casa Peneda is completely private and is comfortably furnished for 4 people. The nearby River Ave (10 minutes walk) has beautifully clear water. The town of Vieira do Minho is just 2 km away. Europe's last piece of wilderness, the Peneda-Geres National Park, located just 10 km away. A delicious authentic Northern Portuguese restaurant with local dishes lies on less than 1 km from the villa.

Ground floor: independent apartment with kitchenette, dining area, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Laundry room and garage.
First floor: Double bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom. Double bedroom with double bed. Both bedrooms have doors opening towards a covered balcony from where you have magnificent views over the farm fields and valleys. The living / dining room has comfortable furniture and a table that can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a television. Patio doors lead to a covered balcony. A fully equipped kitchen leads to a large terrace with barbecue area. This terrace overlooks the pool.
Outside: Private pool 8 x 4 m and a depth of 0.9 x 2.2 m. There is an outdoor shower.
