The villa is surrounded by large enclosed grounds and lies in a great position with breathtaking views over the countryside. This beloved villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished. The lounge is built on the top floor of the villa for the very best views over the countryside. There are doors opening to a terrace with table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining. The villa enjoys complete independence and privacy. The exterior is absolutely fantastic with the extensive lawns and the characteristic villa itself. In addition to the newly built pool, there is also a football pitch, which can also be used as a volleyball field for 4 people - a delight for children and adults.

Activities such as horse back riding in the mountains and water sports (including water rafting in the River Minho) are available in the area. The center of Paredes de Coura is only 4000 meters and offers a good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, while the local shop is only 1000 meters from the property. Approximately 20 minutes drive from the beautiful Roman town of Ponte de Lima, known for its winding streets, ancient monuments and excellent golf course. Europe's great wilderness - Peneda-Geres National Park - is also easily accessible.

Outside: Very detailed and colorful garden with lawns, flower beds and oak trees. football and volleyball. The pool is 12 meters long and 6 meters wide. The depth is 1.25 to 1.65 meters. Beautiful views over the hills.
